MCLIC is a non-profit cooperation of local organizations that work directly with your child.

McLIC's Vision

MCLIC recognizes the role of the family as the primary influence in promoting a child’s development.  MCLIC envisions families; concerned community members; and representatives from Early Intervention providers and/or agencies, resident school districts, and private birth-to-five providers working together to improve and promote a family-centered system of service for young children receiving birth-to-five services.

 This continued collaborative effort is essential to the success of the local system in terms of service facilitation and delivery, family support and advocacy, system planning, and funding.
