Working collaboratively in the community, MCLIC looks to:

• Identify the needs of children birth to five who have developmental delays/disabilities.
• Increase public awareness of Early Intervention and Early Childhood services.
• Identify children who are eligible for services.
• Refer families for services in the community.

To acheive these goals, we provide the following services: screening, consultations, and referrals.
